The saying has many meaning but if we are going to be technical it's not just the act of a man inserting his cock all the way inside of a women and it can have a double meaning as a women could be going "Balls Deep" when giving a blowjob also. I have experienced both off course, right now I'm with a guy who can get "balls deep" and I love that feeling of knowing he's completely inside of me.     I would not consider myself loose but I have always been able to let man go all the way in. Biggest guy I have been with was probably 8" inches though. Not sure I could let some of Tue cocks I see on this blog all the way in. I think anything over 9" might be to much
