What are we thinking or looking for? The Journal of Sexual Medicine just released a study that tells us how women rate the appearance of the penis. The study shares what women care about in regards to the male sex organ.
The overall appearance is what really matters the study says, and I generally agree. I don't like an ugly penis. now it's can't be a nice looking penis and really small either. "General cosmetic appearance" is the most important aspect to a woman. Length landed at 5th place out of 10.
