1. Most of these slip on, add on, strap on cock toys are designed for smaller to average size men, but they can't be to small as to not fill 75% of the shaft of the toy or so big it hurts them. I think any man between 4" to 7" in length erect should be fine. Seven inches would be at the top of this range. It's unique in that it secures around the base of the penis and the testicles, rather than with a strap around the body, and it supports the testicles. I think Colossus is a great design, and such a simple idea to use like a giant condom with a securing band. The flexi-extension is hollow up to the head where it then becomes solid. If your man has an erect a penis over 4.75 inches long with a diameter of over an inch, this is for you; any less, and you need to go for the Ride-on model which is for small men under 4.75 inches long erect.

Colossus offers an extra 3 inches, which is solid at the top of an inner hollow length of 5.5 inches long, and an inner hollow diameter of 1.4 inches wide. His insert able length can be about 8" max to the bottom long (although it's more likely about 7 to 8" with each stroke) and adds a nice additional girth of 2.25 inch. Just the added girth was nice. The larger the guy the more snug the fit of this hollow toy, and therefore he will receive better sensations in use. This does, however, depend on how much lube is put on the penis and in the extension to start with: too little and it will be more awkward to get on, too much lube and you will lose the feel of the inner embossing lines which offer extra sensations. With practice, you will still get some great sensations out of this toy, more than the firm solid extensions on the market. My partner said he really liked it.

It works well even when he is limp. NO KIDDING! The general idea is to use a vacuum to pull the erect or flaccid penis inside, rather than pulling and pushing.
