Oops he popped already!

Sometimes they are just horny and it feels good, but being diagnosed with premature ejaculation is different than just a man being horny. A diagnosed case is uncontrolled ejaculation either before or shortly after sexual penetration, with minimal sexual stimulation and before the person wishes. Most cases of PME the man ejaculates before he enters the women and many times before manual stimulation. Many other cases involve the man having just entered the women with only a few thrusts and he is done.

It may result in an unsatisfactory sexual experience for both partners. This can increase the anxiety that may contribute to the problem. Premature ejaculation is one of the most common forms of male sexual dysfunction and has probably affected every man at some point in his life, most doctores will tell you PME occures in every male throughout there lifetime.

What causes premature ejaculation?

Most cases of premature ejaculation do not have a clear cause. With sexual experience and age, men often learn to delay orgasm. Premature ejaculation may occur with a new partner, only in certain sexual situations, or if it has been a long time since the last ejaculation. Psychological factors such as anxiety, guilt, or depression can cause premature ejaculation. In some cases, premature ejaculation may be related to an underlying medical cause such as hormonal problems, injury, or a side effect of certain medicines.

What are the symptoms?

The main symptom of premature ejaculation is an uncontrolled ejaculation either before or shortly after intercourse begins. Ejaculation occurs before the person wishes it, with minimal sexual stimulation.

How is premature ejaculation diagnosed?

Your doctor will discuss your medical and sexual history with you and conduct a thorough physical examination. Your doctor may want to talk to your partner also. Because premature ejaculation can have many causes, your doctor may order laboratory tests to rule out any other medical problem.

How is it treated?

In many cases premature ejaculation resolves on its own over time without the need for medical treatment. Practicing relaxation techniques or using distraction methods may help you delay ejaculation. For some men, stopping or cutting down on the use of alcohol, tobacco, or illegal drugs may improve their ability to control ejaculation.

Your doctor may recommend that you and your partner practice specific techniques to help delay ejaculation. These techniques may involve identifying and controlling the sensations that lead up to ejaculation and communicating to slow or stop stimulation. Other options include using a condom to reduce sensation to the penis or trying a different position (such as lying on your back) during intercourse. Counseling or behavioral therapy may help reduce anxiety related to premature ejaculation.

Certain antidepressant medicines called selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), such as fluoxetine (Prozac), paroxetine (Paxil), and sertraline (Zoloft), are sometimes used to treat premature ejaculation. These medicines are used because a side effect of SSRIs is inhibited orgasm, which helps delay ejaculation. The use of SSRIs for the treatment of premature ejaculation is not related to depression and is considered an "off-label" use.

I have been with many women as some of my readers know, and most of them yes cum in about 5 minutes, I think the average some for a man to finish is 9 minutes, so if your man has leanred to move beyond that your in plus territory. However medication is not something I would reccomend right off the bat, most men that have had this issue I have been with can easily be trained with many techniques, doing it more helps a lot, and with some concentration most men can overcome the speedy finish!

A variety of techniques may work when a man suffers from premature ejaculation. There are methods the man may use by himself or with the help of his partner. There are also therapeutic remedies and drugs that can help.

Mental Relaxation

Simple relaxation methods may help, according to the National Institutes of Health. A man can think non-sexual thoughts during sex to avoid overexcitement and delay orgasm. This is an old method that may involve thinking of baseball or other events to temporarily step away mentally from the act itself.

Squeeze Method

A squeeze technique involves compressing the penis. During foreplay, the partner pauses and squeezes the penis below the head where it joins the shaft, maintaining the squeeze for several seconds. Foreplay then continues. The squeeze technique is used again when the man is about to ejaculate. Repeating this process may help delay ejaculation when intercourse begins. The process may no longer be needed after a few practice sessions. The man may learn how to delay ejaculation.

Stopping Method

In a similar method, the partner stimulates the man until he is about to reach orgasm, then stops before he reaches the point. This is done repeatedly until the man gets use to delaying ejaculation.

Self Pleasure

Masturbating an hour or two before having sex with a partner may help in delaying excitement and ejaculation when the couple is performing. This has been recommended by some sex therapists, according to the Mayo Clinic.

Creams

Some topical creams contain medication to dull the sensation of the penis. The user can wipe off the cream when he feels his penis has lost enough sensation to help prevent premature ejaculation. Some women complain that the creams dull their vaginal sensitivity. Some people may have allergic reactions.

Medication

Antidepressants may be used to delay climax, because the drugs have erectile side effects for some men. A man may take low doses of the antidepressant a few hours before sex with his partner to help delay climate. His sexual difficulties may improve in time.

Desensitizing Condoms

Some condoms have an anesthetic on the inside. This can slightly reduce the sensation for the man, while not affecting the woman. This may help in longer-lasting sexual performance by the man. Some people may have an allergic reaction to the medication.

Counseling

Premature ejaculation may be the result of performance anxiety. This problem can be overcome through therapy or counseling. The man discusses his sexual experiences and tries to understand the reasons for his anxiety, which can eventually solve the problem.

What a MFM Threesome is really like

I t seems that men aren't the only ones with a threesome fantasy. New findings from the Journal of Sex Research found the two categories of porn that both men and women like watching is threesomes and oral sex. Threesomes consistently top the 'fantasies for women. Being ravaged by new men at the same time or having them take turns  pleasing  a women is at the top. But there's an enormous difference between watching one online and having one in reality. Of all the fantasies couples choose to act out, inviting another person into your bed is the one most guaranteed to go wrong – and most likely to have negative effects on your relationship long-term. THE 12 REASONS WHY THREESOMES GO HORRIBLY WRONG Jealous The obvious, most glaring reason threesomes backfire is that couples who love each other usually have a hard time seeing their partners with someone else. Even if there is not a love thing going on between two of the people, most of us are pre

Turtle penis? Why showers why growers?

I dated a man once where his penis when flaccid it did not just hang down like normal guys it practically went inside his body, it was basically just a head. He was not overweight and know it's just shrinking due to loss of blood and not actually going inside but  o ften, it almost didn't show at all, it looked like a baby mushroom. It did not affect any sexual performance on his part and it did grow. Although he was on the smaller side of things even erect about 5.5 inches.  Frankly the sex was fine.  My current boyfriend has the opposite problem. His flaccid penis is about 5 inches long, but when erect, he is still under 6 inches, so what's better?  When I first saw how long he was flaccid, I thought his penis wold be huge hard. I think this was more of a disappointment that it barley got bigger, than my ex who grew a lot. The classic "Turtle" I talked to other women about this and there is a derogatory term for this called the Turtl

A woman’s guide to having threesome w/ two men

A woman’s guide to having threesome w/ two men I personally love two men pleasing me but the situation and men have to be right.  Most women have fantasized about having two men sexually satisfy her at the same time but not nearly as many women have actually experienced two men at once. The problem seems to be that most of the women interested in having a male-female-male threesome don’t know much about how to go about making this happen and what actually goes down in these situations. Being that I have had experience with a few of these I’d love to share with you the 1, 2, 3s of a male-female-male threesome.  One of The Biggest Misconceptions About Male-Female-Male Threesomes: Two men that are willing to share a woman sexually are bi or gay! – VERY FALSE! Male-female-male threesome is about two men that are interested/willing in pleasuring the same woman at once and that’s it. Yes, the two men will be in close proximity to one another while having sex with her but being nak
