I recently was on a trip to Chicago when I noticed a nice looking man in a suit with a sexy bulge in his pants. I could easily make out the head, the shaft and the size without much imagination. I wondered right then and there if I was the only women that without reproach checked out a mans package and all the goods on occasion. As a generalization though, we women don't tend to evaluate men visually in the same way that most men tend to evaluate women. Speaking for myself though, I will notice the package if it is on display, I don't look that direction as a general rule since most men's attire doesn't accentuate that area enough to see much, unless the pants are tight or in this case I think the man

I was looking at was just big. I also rake a look at a mans, well manhood at the pool. It seems those suits men wear tend to cling to them when they first get out of the pool. For a brief moment you have a shot at seeing if they have one of those ones that hang down or poke strait out when they are cold. Note that as a women we are pretty much expected to put our boobs "on display" by wearing bras that push them up and accentuate them. Men aren't expected to accentuate their packages just walking around, so I think when we do get a glance it can be a treat.

So many young men now wear their clothes really baggy, it's pretty hard to check out their junk even if you wanted to. If I can see the junk through those baggy clothes, that man is has a huge dick I usually assume. I live near a university and the men seem to like to walk around with basketball shorts and sweat pants on, and that attire does seem to show more than most clothing men wear. I definitely notice as well as all my friends. It just gives my friends and I something to talk about mostly though.
